According to TMZ.com, the L.A. County District Attorney filled legal documents claiming Chris Brown lied and never actually finished his community service.

In fact, they are claiming that while he was supposed to be picking up trash in Virginia, he was actually on a private plane to Cancun!

Chris did most of his community service work at Tappahannock Children's Center where his mother was once director. The D.A. believes Chris and the Chief of Police, who signed off on his community service work, had a prior relationship because of ties with Chris' mother.
